JOHN W. MAUPIN successfully represented a client in an appeal to MoDOT from a finding that the client improperly utilized a minority subcontractor on a project. MoDOT reversed themselves when they were unable to explain how they had determined that the subcontractor had not performed a commercially useful function.
John W. Maupin was confirmed by the Missouri Senate as a member and secretary to the St. Louis County Election Commission on January 29.
