RENEE SULLIVAN, as a committee member of Lawyers for City Neighborhoods, testified before the Jobs, Economic Development and Local Government Committee at the Missouri Senate today regarding Senate Bill 731. This proposed legislation seeks to modify existing nuisance statutes to provide standing for neighborhood associations and some individual property owners for injunctive relief or other remedies in Circuit Court.
